Supporting dogs. Empowering people.

I’m Ali, an animal behaviour and welfare professional with an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour and hands-on experience working with dogs with complex behavioural needs in a rescue environment. I provide evidence-informed, welfare-centred dog training and behaviour support, helping owners better understand their dogs and develop practical, individualised approaches. I also offer welfare and enrichment support, training and educational services for animal care professionals.

Who we are…

I'm Ali, the founder of Ali & Callie Pet Behaviour Services, an animal behaviour and welfare service built around understanding dogs as individuals and supporting the people who care for them.

With an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour and hands-on experience working with dogs with complex behavioural needs in a rescue environment, I provide evidence-informed, welfare-centred dog training and behaviour support, alongside welfare and enrichment services.

But this business has a more personal beginning. Callie was my rescue dog, and she is the reason I chose this path. Our journey shaped my understanding of the challenges that dogs with behavioural difficulties and their owners can face, inspiring me to pursue further education and build a career helping others.

Naming my business after Callie is a way of keeping her memory at the heart of everything I do. The impact she had on my life continues to shape my work and serves as a reminder of why understanding, compassion and non-judgemental support matter. I want every dog and owner I work with to feel that they have someone in their corner.
